4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 One Bonus Per Player

Promotional bonuses at cow88 are offered on a one-per-player, one-per-household, one-per-device, and one-per-IP-address basis unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts will be treated as multi-accounting and may result in account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fairness

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 cow88's Right to Suspend

cow88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if cow88 determines — in its sole discretion — that the account holder has breached these Terms, violated applicable law, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

9.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your cow88 account at any time by contacting live chat support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that has satisfied all applicable wagering requirements and KYC checks will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

9.3 Inactive Accounts
